Corinne Bailey Rae to perform on “Artists Den” second season

“Live from the Artists Den” is back for a second season on public television on July 5. The second season premiere will feature a performance by Ringo Starr with support from Ben Harper and Relentless7.

Each show features a performance in a new venue, artist interviews and venue insights. Some of the talent to expect on the upcoming season includes Corinne Bailey Rae at the Hiro Ballroom in Manhattan; David Gray at New York’s Broad Street Ballroom; The Black Crowes at Oxford’s Lyric Theatre; Dierks Bentley at Chicago’s Ravenswood Billboard Factory; and more.

The “Artists Den” began in 2004 as a series of intimate concerts, but it became televised in February 2009. Some of the past performers include Raphael Saadiq, Patty Griffin, The Swell Season, and Alanis Morissette.
